Having kick-started her career advocating for Medicaid expansion in the North Carolina General Assembly and later with the Office of First Lady Kristin Cooper, Mary Wesley has a passion for navigating complex issues and driving impactful change. An Eastern North Carolina native, she leans into her mix of policy experience to help inform communications tactics that will help move the needle in public affairs efforts. Mary Wesley is a proud alumna of Meredith College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and communication with concentrations in public affairs and public relations. Following her internship at E&V during her final semester at Meredith, she transitioned into a full-time role with the agency. Outside of the office, you can find Mary Wesley playing pickleball and escaping to Atlantic Beach for a weekend.
