Account Specialist
As an account specialist, Grayson is driven by a people-focused approach to building relationships, understanding audiences, and developing strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
Grayson began her career at E&V as a fellow, gaining experience in strategic communications and public affairs before returning to the agency as an account specialist. Before rejoining E&V, she worked in food and beverage sales, building relationships with restaurant and hospitality partners across the Triangle.
An Eastern North Carolina native, Grayson earned bachelor’s degrees in media and journalism – with a concentration in advertising and public relations – and political science from UNC-Chapel Hill. Outside work, she enjoys fitness, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
